Od „správců věrné ruky“ ke „komisařům“. K etablování tzv. komisařů pro uzavřené české vysoké školy, 1939–1940
The chief aim of the forcible closing of Czech universities on 17 November 1939 was to stop university education and persecute students but this step had also created a number of political, technical, and last but not least also administrative problems and challenges. After Adolf Hitler decided in early December 1939 that some institutes would be allowed to renew their activities in a modified and closely supervised form, what turned out to be especially important was the administrative form which the German authorities would opt for. After about onemonth-long deliberation, it was decided that so-called commissars (Kommissare) would play a key role in this process. Their functioning, which gradually acquired concrete forms in the course of 1940, was approached rather innovatively, especially in terms of exploitation of this key part of Czech scientific infrastructure.

Wikipedia is an online, open and free encyclopaedia edited collaboratively. Today it is the fifth most visited website and the most used online encyclopaedia. Volunteer editors from around the world can edit its content, allowing users to intentionally provide incorrect information. This research aims to find the extent to which a particular group of university students vandalize Wikipedia, while also exploring their perceptions of vandalism. Data is obtained from a questionnaire sent to university students in educational psychology, early and primary childhood education, and related master's programs, as well as a focus group involving a sample of these students and interviews with editors in charge of maintaining Wikipedia. Results show that only a small percentage of students do in fact vandalize. In line with the implicit theories approach, it seems that students and editors have some preconceived ideas (boredom, amusement, or ideological motivations) about what pushes individuals to vandalize.

At present, there are many problems in the mode and method of ideological and emotional education of college students. The state attaches great importance to this aspect and continues to increase investment, but the effect is not satisfactory. As an important field for cultivating high-level socialist talents, colleges and universities have played a huge role in promoting the ideological development and emotional education of college students. The emergence of this contradiction shows that traditional educational methods have their own shortcomings and need to expand their thinking and explore new research areas. Since the new era, the ideological education venues and teaching activities of colleges and universities have been greatly improved, but they are also facing many problems and challenges, which seriously affect the moral quality of college students and destroy the ideological education ecosystem of colleges and universities. From the perspective of the ecological crisis of education, this paper awakens and pays attention to the ecological problems of education, making it an inevitable trend of current education development and paving the way for future research. On this basis, the current situation of the ecology of political education of college students is analyzed, and the necessity of research is proposed. Analyzing the ideological and emotional education of college students from the perspective of ecology is essentially to regard the ideological education of college students as an ecosystem and deeply analyze the distribution of various components and elements of college students' ideological and political education. The ecology of college students' ideological education is the process, law, and overall ecological balance of various factors in the ideological education system of college students, as well as the methodological thinking and value orientation of the interaction between various factors and the environment. The changes of the ecological environment have a significant impact on people's state of mind. As college students growing up in the new environment, their thoughts, emotions, and values are all affected by the development of the ecological environment. Therefore, changes in the ecological environment, air quality, and water environment have increasingly obvious impacts on the living environment.

As China’s economic and social development enters a new stage, the role of innovation and entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly prominent, and its importance is also being emphasized. As the main force for future employment and national economic construction, college students naturally become the new force for innovation and entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is imperative for universities to carry out in-depth innovation and entrepreneurship education (IEE) for college students. Then, with the continuous development of social development needs and the professional growth needs of college students, the “innovation and entrepreneurship” education for college students should also be adjusted in a timely manner in terms of educational concepts, models, and methods. The IEE environment evaluation in universities under the background of “ Double Innovation” is looked as multiple attribute decision-making (MADM). In this paper, the information entropy model is employed to calculate the objective weight of the evaluation attribute. Then, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Combined Compromise Solution (IVIF-CoCoSo) is built based on the Hamming distance and Euclid distance to cope with MADM under interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs). The new MADM method is proposed for IEE environment evaluation in universities under the background of “ Double Innovation”. Finally, the IVIF-CoCoSo approach is compared with existing methods to verify the effectiveness of IVIF-CoCoSo algorithm. The main contributions of this constructed paper are: (1) the IVIF-CoCoSo method is built based on the Hamming distance and Euclid distance. (2) the information entropy model is employed to calculate the objective weight of the evaluation attribute. (3) The new MADM method is proposed for IEE environment evaluation in universities under the background of “ Double Innovation” based on IVIF-CoCoSo. (4) The IVIF-CoCoSo model is compared with existing methods to verify the effectiveness of the IVIF-CoCoSo algorithm.
