Abstract

This research scrutinizes the subject of work-related stress in the teachers of Pakistani private schools. Research confining data on work-related stress in individual schools fluctuate in requisites of their span, tactic and exposure. The major risk issues for work-related stress comprise heavy workload, long working hours, lack of control and autonomy at work, poor relationships with colleagues, poor support at work and the shock of managerial transform.
