Abstract

For a long time vigorous in Brazil or patriarchal family model, being a woman considered as man's property and having some fundamental rights, such as freedom, mitigated and controlled by a sexist sexist society. Despite the social movements that have been achieved through the guarantee of diverse rights and State protection of life in women, the feeling of power of the male sex over the female sex causes various forms of violence. This research has as main objective to analyze the role of Alagoas entities in combating the crime of femicide in the capital of Maceió.
