Abstract

This paper discussed key issues with regard to retaining talent in the companies,the difference between spirituality and religiosity, the role and contributions of leadership,spirituality and values of spirituality. From theseperspectives and how the spirituality factor may contribute to the exercise of leadership and self-development of people and organizations. It is intended to show how the values of spirituality are related to the improvement of the working environment,talent retention, leadership development,employee development and consequent organizational development. This work besides exposing these concepts will also address a case study with qualitative analysis, based on results of at least two years of observation, reporting andcoaching testimonials from senior executives,entrepreneurs and successful entrepreneurs, through an exploratory and descriptive study.
