Abstract

The main goal of this research is an investigation of the fondness for pop-mass culture by some Brazilian contemporary poets. This will be unfolded in two main scenarios: first, through the proposition of a temporal constitution of the weaving of different (and anachronistic) communities of reception, gathered together in a great pop-massive archive of the common time. Thereafter, this paper will canvass what Marcelo Montenegro suggests as a “warehouse of fondness”, as a specific borderline zone between the concept of archive and the one of writing of self. Finally, it will try to situate this scenario as a privileged one for reframing one important image for the theory of the contemporary.
