Abstract

Objective To clarify the different treatments nursing on seawater drowning-induced acute pulmonary edema patients,and improve the survival rate.Methods According to the treatment,we have federated and traditional groups.99 pulmonary edema patients with seawater drowning in the federated group are treated by scopolamine combined with naloxone,while 70 patients in the traditional group are treated by sildenafil and nikethamide,then the two groups are compared and observed the result through heart rate,average blood pressure,respiration rate,oxygen saturation and the success rate of rescue.Results The two therapeutic schedules make the average blood pressure,respiration rate and oxygen saturation be better(P<0.05).The success rate of rescue in the federated group is 93.93%,and it is 80.00%in another group.So the result of federated group is better than the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pulmonary edema patients' condition with seawater drowning is dangerous,changes rapidly,and the clinical manifestations is diverse,nursing index,so We need a full-time nurse to give responsible care and real-time monitoring on them,nurses should combine with the combined treatment to improve the success rate of rescue.
