Abstract

We present a theory of quasi surface spin-electromagnetic waves (SEW) spectrum in structure consisting of multiple ferrite and dielectric layers. Developed theory takes into account interactions between spin waves in the different ferrite layers and electromagnetic waves. It was shown that SEW spectra in the ferrite-ferroelectric structure based on two ferrite films and one ferroelectric layer are formed by several hybridizations. It was found that electric tuning of SEW in these structures is still possible in case of thin ferroelectric film due to spin wave interaction.
