Abstract
Shortly switching off the current supplied to a current switch improves edge steepness and reduces overshoot of the output current. This allows higher input voltage swing to achieve yet steeper edges while keeping overshoot reasonably small. An example shows reduction of rise time and fall time to 50% and 70%, respectively. >
