Abstract

A novel dual polarized Graphene based microstrip square patch antenna with high isolation and low cross polarization is proposed in this paper. The main radiation structure comprise of a single Graphene patch of length of the order of a few microns fed by dual ports oriented orthogonally. These dual ports enable both vertical and horizontal polarizations along their respective port directions which acts as wireless transceiver in THz band. A return loss below −14dB is achieved and a good isolation between the two input ports of −40dB is obtained. The cross polar and co-polar radiation patterns are shown.
