Abstract
A novel flow-injection chemiluminescence(CL) system has been established based on the inhibitory effect of nonylphenol(NP) on the morin-Ce4+ CL system. The flow path, flow rate, concentration of Ce4+, pH of Ce4+ solution and concentration of morin were discussed. The results show that the best determination conditions are 5.0×10-3 mol/L of Ce4+, 1.0×104 mol/L of morin and pH=1.2 of Ce4+ solution. Under the optimal conditions, the reduction value of CL intensity is linear with the concentration of NP within 2×10-8~2×10-7g/ml and 2×10-6~4×10-5 g/ml. The regression equation was Δl1=12.12+225.95CNP and Δl2=65.291+753164.6CNP with correlation coefficient 0.9995 and 0.998, respectively. And the detection limit was 2×10-10 g/ml (3σ). The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.48% for the determination of 2×107 g/ml NP(n=10). The recoveries of NP are between 90.7%~106.3% for three different environmental water samples. It suggested that this method can be used for the determination of NP in the real environmental samples.
