Abstract

The theory of two-phonon absorption is given for the ultrasonic donor-spin resonance in Ge. The result of calculations predicts that the dependence of two-phonon absorption on the direction of magnetic fields is different from that of one-phonon absorption. It is shown that the observation of two-phonon absorption can be expected in Sb-doped Ge at low temperatures.
