Abstract

Objective To study the Src-activating and signaling molecule (Srcasm) expression regulated by Notchl in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) TE1 cell line.Methods We transfected pcDNA3.1-Srcasm plasmid DNA (2 μg),pcDNA3.1-Srcasm plasmid NDA (2 μg),double (pcDNA3.1-Notch1 plasmid DNA 1 μg and pcDNA3.1-Srcasm plasmid DNA 1 μg) and mock (2 μg) into TE1 cells and examined Notch1/Srcasm expression by using Western blotting.Results Notch1 increased the Srcasm protein expression in TE1 cells.Conclusion Notch1 may act as a positive regulator of Fyn in human ESCC,and play an important role in human ESCC progress.
