Abstract
The convection motions generate magnetogravity, Alfven, and sound waves in the late type stars. They may play an important role in the atmospheric heating, and the interior structure through chemical mixing. Because of this potential importance, the author derives the nonlinear wave kinetic equation for three wave coupling.
