Abstract

We studied nonlinear transport in evaporated C60 films by means of the I-V characteristics at room temperature. SET-like transport behavior was observed in the results of studies of the C60 cluster films at room temperature. It is especially thought to be related to a certain metal insulator transition in a low-dimensional system because of the large difference between the bulk and surface transports of the small clusters of C60.
