Abstract

Sister Mary Joseph’s tumor or nodule is a cutaneous ombilical metastasis of a visceral cancer. It is a rare tumor that constitutes the calling symptom of the cancer disease. Its incidence is from 1 to 3% of all abdominal and pelvic neoplasia. They bring up etiologic diagnosis issue, since the finding of the primitive cancer could be difficult et prognosis. We are reporting a case observed in the Hepato-gastro-enterology Unit of the University Hospital Center of Sino-Central African Friendship in Bangui. This observation will help us show the difficulties of early diagnosis and therapeutic care in a limited resources context.
