Abstract

Abstract The results of ESR studies of the amino radicals produced by the photolysis of ammonia adsorbed on the surface of porous Vycor glass at 77 K are described. The observed ESR signal patterns of the amino radicals were remarkably affected by the amount of ammonia on the surface. The isotropic and anisotropic spectra were analyzed by the use of isotopically-substituted amino radicals.
