Abstract
At the May 1991 meeting of IFIP/TC 11 in Brighton, England, the committee approved the formation of a new working group, WG11.8, under the chairmanship of Dr. Harold Joseph Highland, FICS. Dr. Highland has served as Public Information Officer of TC 11 since it was founded in 1983 in Stockholm, Sweden.
