Abstract

In this paper we propose two methods to calculate the parameters of ARMA models. Both apply to discrete, time-invariant, linear systems whose input can be considered to have a flat spectrum envelope. Results are obtained by the application of these methods, as well as the Iterative Inverse Filtering (ITIF) method, to specific synthetic systems.
