Abstract

This paper deeply studies some problems of highway traffic engineering system in China, including the composition and function of highway traffic engineering system, design method, construction and development direction, the setting principle of highway traffic engineering monitoring, toll collection and communication system, and the evaluation method of highway traffic engineering system. Dynamic programming algorithm is a method used to solve the minimum cost flow problem in the network. It has been applied to various problems in traffic engineering, such as determining the best path of vehicles and optimizing the road network. The dynamic programming algorithm solves the optimization problem by decomposing the optimization problem into smaller problems that are solved at the same time. This method reduces the computational complexity by allowing each subproblem to be solved independently, and then combining the results of multiple subproblems. In this way, it can find a solution quickly (as they originally need) compared with the computing resources required for all sub problems to be combined at the same time.
