Abstract
When Courtney Thomsen became the Director of Athletics at Midland University in July, she took on the leadership of the largest athletics department in Nebraska. Thomsen made the nearly cross‐country move from Marymount California University with her husband and three children (all under the age of six) to join the private school with locations in Fremont and Omaha.
