Abstract
We propose a new multiple access scheme to support Voice over IP (VoIP) service in IEEE 802.11e wireless LANs, in which the transmission of data packets is prevented by energy bursts sent by VoIP stations and the VoIP packets do not collide each other by using a unique voice user's ID (VID).
