Abstract
Abstract—Darier disease is a genetic disorder of dominant autosomal inheritance that sometimes develops a segmental pattern. Two different phenotypes has been described recently with distinct and well known genetic mutations. We descibe the case report of a muslim man of 17 years-old with a clinical course and histological findings that supports the diagnosis of Segmental Darier disease type I, also konwn as acantholytic dyskeratotic epidermal nevus.
