Abstract
Objective: Transapical transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TA-TAVI) is a reasonable alternative to conventional surgery for the treatment of aortic valve stenosis in high-risk patients. This study aimed to assess the midterm functional neurological outcome and extent of cerebral injury related to the procedure.
