Abstract

A network approach can constitute an important path for multinational corporations manage strategic resources, such as knowledge, technology and information around the world. This research was carried out in a subsidiary of a Multinational Audit Company located in Brazil. The main results of the research are related to the subsidiary's role in: innovation process in the network, creation and/or absorption of knowledge and it's level of autonomy related to the head-office. Additionally a perspective on the evolution of Corporate Networks is introduced and an analysis of the evolutionary stage of the Brazilian unit is presented.
