Abstract

Nephroblastomatosis is a group of pathologic entities characterized by persistent metanephnic blastema in the kidneys of infants and children. It bears a close relationship to but is not synonymous with bilateral Wilms tumor. We report an additional case of nephroblastomatosis, define the spectrum ofthis complex and its relationship to Wilms tumor, and discuss the radiographic, sonognaphic, and CT features of the entity.
