Abstract

A 49-year-old man with a wide QRS complex tachycardia was referred for catheter ablation. Twelve-lead ECG revealed a regular wide QRS complex tachycardia with a left bundle branch block (LBBB) pattern (Figure 1). Is this a supraventricular tachycardia or ventricular tachycardia?
