Abstract

For automatic replacement of old plants' sequential controllers to modern programmable logic controller(PLC), we had proposed Sequential control Programs Automatic Inductive Regeneration method(SPAIR) from input-output signals and action specifications of a target controller. However, this method cannot regenerate the logics including interior coils. Therefore, we propose an efficient inference method of interior coils for SPAIR using Logic Part Attaching Algorithm. In this method, the target logic of interior coil is acquired by repeatedly selective attaching of logic part. We confirmed the effectiveness through applying to some sequential programs including interior logics.
