Abstract
胸腔鏡手術を行った自然気胸症例47例57回を対象とした.術後再発は, 4例6回(10.5%)であった.再発の原因として,ブラの切除が不十分と思われた症例が1例,他の5例はブラの見落としまたは新生と考えられた.自然気胸に対する胸腔鏡手術では,入念な観察と充分な切除が重要と思われ,手術症例の今後のブラ新生に関する観察,研究も必要と思われた.
