Abstract
豚に給与する飼料成分を調整して糞尿から発生するアンモニアを低減することができる．今までに，アミノ酸バランスを調整した低蛋白質飼料や高繊維質飼料原料を配合した飼料を豚に給与すると，尿中への窒素排せつ量が低減することが分かってきた．今回，低蛋白質飼料へ高繊維質飼料を添加して給与することで，養豚業からのアンモニア発生量の減少を最大限にする技術を紹介する．
