Abstract

This paper presents the effect of magnetic flux distribution on the magnetic properties of a core and its materials. The anisotropies of magnetic properties depend not only on material texture, but also on the effect of neighboring crystalline grains, that is, magnetic flux flow through a grain boundary. A core material with high coercive force and high magnetostriction constant exhibits large deterioration of magnetic properties in the core. because internal stresses are induced by the magnetostriction distribution due to magnetic flux flow distribution.
