Abstract

In view of the disadvantage that only a single time scale is considered in the current assessment of renewable energy consumption, a large-scale and multiple time scales assessment method of new energy consumption capacity has been proposed in this paper. Firstly, the new energy output is reconstructed based on ARIMA regression model; Then, based on the long-term peak load regulation capacity constraints and the short-term steady running constraints, this paper puts forward two consumption capacity evaluation methods of new energy respectively to get the multiple dimensional evaluation of consumption capacity of the new energy power grid. Finally, take an actual grid for an instance, the constraint of long-term peak load regulation ability is verified, and the influence of short-term stable operation constraint is verified based on IEEE 24-bus system.
