Abstract

Many chaos communication techniques based on synchronization have been investigated in the past few years, while the operating principle of the communication system proposed in this work, relies on stochastical properties of chaotic signals. Like conventional spread spectrum techniques, our approach is robust to channel noise and allows multiple users to share the same frequency band (CDMA). The modulation and demodulation is discussed theoretically and demonstrated by a simulation example.
