Abstract

The formation of fluorocarbon coatings from plasma-forming mixtures CF4 + C6H12 and C4F8 + C6H12 on the surface of polyethyleneterephthalate and polystyrene using ion-plasma technology are considered. Nanostructured polymer materials have increased fungi resistance and high optical characteristics.
