Abstract
AbstractMost optimizations on pin fin heat sink only involve the relationship between single factor variable and performance. This study aims to find out the optimized solution for coupled effects of parameters based on RSM (Response Surface Methodology). Height and diameter of cylindrical pin‐fin are adopted as designed parameters, according to numerical simulation the interaction of different parameters are investigated and an optimized scheme is achieved.
