Abstract
Tabulated data are presented for the industries grouped under SIC 371 (Motor Vehicles and Equipment), SIC 3711 and 14 (Motor Vehicle parts and accessories), SIC 3712 (Passenger Car Bodies), SIC 3713 (Truck and Bus Bodies) and SIC 3715 (Truck Trailers). This data includes information on geographic profiles (payrolls and employees in specified states); industry concentration and size; consumption of petroleum products (coal, natural gas), and electric power; transportation statistics; and total payroll per category for 1967 through 1973.
