Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to design a structure formed by particles having shape. Analysis of the structure formed by the rigid system with the patchy particles on the surface is performed by Monte Carlo simulation. This system is driven by the gradient of the interaction energy between the patchy particles. We devise a crystal structure models formed by a rigid body system. By comparing the models with simulation results,we found a more stable structure than models. In this paper, we show that analyze of the structure formed from building blocks of various shapes is abailable.
