Abstract
In the article, the author analyzes the current state of the tourism and hospitality industry in the southern resorts of the Russian Federation. This analysis is carried out over the past three years. The presented statistical data make it possible to identify the current trends in increasing consumer demand for recreation and travel in the Krasnodar region, due to a number of objective political and economic factors.
