Abstract

Through the use of modern telecommunications technology business processes in trade modified in such a way that the traditional vertical management structures are giving a way to information systems that can significantly reduce the barriers between different divisions of large trading companies, as well as their number between the company and its customers and suppliers. For now, there are many models of implementation of e-business processes in commerce, which unite the company and where sellers, buyers and suppliers of goods are actively communicating. The author reveals factors reflecting changes of the direction of modern conditions of realization of e-business processes and defines their impact on the development of e-commerce.
