Abstract

In most developing countries, there is a common problem faced to their governments and need to be solved, that is, the coordinate development and national socio-economics.In this paper the author intends to focus his attentions to this urgent problem from the viewpoint of systems engineering and try to solve it according to the principles and techniques of large-scale systems engineering analysis methodology (LS-SEAM) from following aspects: (1) Present situation of regional education in developing countries; (2) Regional education and systems engineering; (3) Relationships between regional education and national socio-economics development; (4) Modelling and simulation techniques applied to regional education development in developing countries; (5) Prospect and proposals of regional education development.
