Abstract

An expert model of the inverse problem of synthesis and knowledge replenishment for a flexible production system (FPS) has been obtained, which makes it possible to obtain the Pareto optimal structure of the knowledge base through the use of strict limitations on the principles of motivating the choice of agents. The knowledge bases of FPS are presented as a function of choice on the set of admissible alternatives from the problem area under consideration. The function of choice (FC) of the problem area is a set-theoretic mapping of the set of situations encountered in the problem, written as a set of admissible solutions, into subsets of effective solutions. The algorithm corresponding to the selection mechanism makes it possible to calculate the value of the FC for any user of interest from the selection field of the studied domain. The selection mechanism determines the properties of the FC that it implements. It is shown that the FC satisfying the inheritance and consent property corresponds to the vector optimization mechanism (choice according to preference). Functions of choice that satisfy the properties of inheritance, consent and independence from rejected alternatives are answered by the Pareto optimization mechanism. Classes of FCs that satisfy any other consistent set of properties are realized using schemes of multi-step mathematical programming of the corresponding information structure.
