Abstract

In the course of mathematical modeling of flow calculation model with a jet propulsion definitely aerodynamic layout with working propeller definitely influence the operating mode of the engine on the aerodynamic characteristics of the model. Modeling the interaction effect of the closed parabolic wing (CPW) aircraft and jet propulsion performed using methods of computational aerodynamics, namely the finite element method, and panel-vortex method of symmetrical features. At the working propeller CPW flow modeling selected numerical methods identified a significant increase in load-bearing properties of the layout due to the positive interference of the propeller with the upper surface CPW, allowing more than 3-fold increase in the maximum load-bearing properties of the test arrangement.
