Abstract
The mathematical model of nonequilibrium air plasma at atmospheric pressure has been presented. Theoretical investigation of nonequilibrium plasma interaction with turbulent gas flow has been performed for the case of transversal gas discharge taking into account 3-D geometry of the conjugated problem. The calculated results have been compared with the experimental data and have shown good results. Influence of gas flow rate on the discharge characteristics has been analyzed. Differences in the calculated and measured electron temperature values observed are explained.
