Abstract

Heat and mass transfer in the gas-phase deposition of zinc selenide in the zinchydrogen selenide—argon system with separate injection of reagents into a reactor by local jets has been studied. The effects of technological parameters, design, and the geometric dimensions of the reactor on the distribution of the deposition rates of the zinc selenide layers formed have been considered.
