Abstract
The dynamic sofmilk production in farms of all categories of the Russian Federation is given. From the standpoint of the theory of functional systems, the contradictions between the systemforming factors of the industry, which seeks to increase the per capita production of natural milk, and the industry enterprises of the processing complex and trade, in which profit dominates as a system-forming factor, are reviewed.
