Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the test sample size required to determine the electromagnetic susceptibility of electronic systems is not clear, a method for estimating the minimum sample size of electromagnetic effect tests based on confidence intervals is proposed. Considering the estimation accuracy and the test cost-effectiveness ratio comprehensively, the minimum sample size required to obtain the electromagnetic sensitivity is estimated under a certain reliability. This method uses the confidence interval to determine the interval range and existence probability of electromagnetic susceptibility. Considering the factor of test cost, this method clarifies the relationship between the experimental sample size and the estimation accuracy, estimation accuracy increment and confidence of key overall parameters. The minimum sample size estimation model for the electromagnetic effect test of the electronic system is established, and the corresponding calculation formula is deduced. Finally, taking the speed processing module as an example, the parameter acquisition method and model calculation process of the minimum sample size estimation model for the electromagnetic effect test are illustrated, and the validity of the method is verified.
