Abstract
In this article, we present a novel method of pectoralis major flap planning, which prevents the need for secondary skin grafting to cover the chest wall harvest site. This flap is used as a regular pectoralis major site. Postoperative morbidity is reduced by obviating the need for a separate skin graft and attendant harvest site (such as the thigh) and decreased cosmetic deformity at the chest wall by allowing primary closure.
