Abstract

The millimeter-wave responses of the intrinsic Josephson junctions (IJJs) in misaligned Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 thin film have been experimentally studied. In the low voltage part on the current–voltage (I–V) characteristics, sloping steps are induced under different frequencies. By presenting the dV/dI–I curves, it shows that corresponding to the sloping steps on the I–V characteristics, resistive bumps appear. The dV/dI–I and dV/dI–V plots from 72GHz to 80GHz and at different power show the variation of the step voltage.
