Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Many studies have demonstrated a high rate of aneuploidy in cleavage stage embryos even in young patients during ovarian stimulation. It is not clear whether the severity stimulation is contributing to such high rate of aneuploidy. This study aims at determining whether milder ovarian stimulation reduces rate of aneuploidy in cleavage stage embryos during IVF cycles using the estradiol (E2) level on the day of hCG administration as a marker of severity of the ovarian stimulation.
