Abstract

Abstract Microwave Faraday rotation is investigated in pure n-type InSb at 78°K, at 35 Gc, in magnetic fields up to 150 kG. The effect, observed beyond the magnetoplasma edge, is very large, varies as B−1, and agrees well with the theoretical formulation.
