Abstract

The determination of nuclear reactions rates requires the knowledge of cross sections for radiative capture and transfer reactions at very low energies. Our group is developing a number of cluster models aimed at providing such cross sections in a microscopic way without direct use of experimental data [1]. In microscopic models, Pauli antisymmetrization and the conservation of angular momentum and parity are taken exactly into account. These models are essentially free of parameters.
